Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience by checking in with guests and addressing any inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Handle payments and maintain cleanliness in the assigned area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• A couple of years of experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant setting is required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the menu and the ability to make recommendations to guests.
