About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly store manager to lead our team and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales while maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff and resources.
• Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle inventory management, including stock control and replenishment, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure the store presentation meets company standards and creates an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and customers.
• A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales strategies.
