About the Role

We are seeking an experienced analyst to optimize our internal hiring process. This role will focus on enhancing our recruitment strategies through data-driven insights and collaboration with HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the recruitment process.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline hiring practices and enhance candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to track the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency in hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • A background in human resources, data analysis, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with HR software and experience in conducting process audits is beneficial.
