About the Role
We are seeking an experienced analyst to optimize our internal hiring process. This role will focus on enhancing our recruitment strategies through data-driven insights and collaboration with HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the recruitment process.
- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline hiring practices and enhance candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams to track the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency in hiring practices.
Qualifications
- A background in human resources, data analysis, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HR software and experience in conducting process audits is beneficial.
