About the Role

Mommysbestfriend is seeking a dedicated remote customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
