Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage and update policy information in our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in understanding their options and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
