IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist at Beyond International Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining network security and equipment setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff across the organization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related queries.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in setting up new equipment and configuring systems for new employees.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage support requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, along with familiarity with networking concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity principles.
