About the Role
As a hand scraper, you will be responsible for removing barnacles from the bottom of boats using specialized scrapers and power tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the vessel while ensuring a clean and smooth surface.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized scrapers and power tools to efficiently remove barnacles from boat hulls.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and adhering to guidelines for working on boats in water.
- Participate in training on equipment use and safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, demonstrating physical stamina for bending, lifting, and maneuvering around the boat.
Qualifications
