About the Role

As a key member of our financial team, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and providing data-driven insights to enhance telecom expense management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of Fortune 500 customers, ensuring their billing needs are met effectively.
• Analyze billing data, create both standard and custom reports, and communicate your findings and recommendations to clients through written and verbal presentations.
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills, along with advanced Excel capabilities, to drive results and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• A detail-oriented problem solver with a professional demeanor and a strong ability to communicate fluently in professional written and verbal English.
• A college graduate with a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools, with experience in analyzing large volumes of data.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
