Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Energeo Staffing, you will be responsible for engaging with key customers and building trusting relationships. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and fostering positive relationships with new clients, ensuring maximum client satisfaction through strategic and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key customers to build and maintain trusting relationships.
• Identify opportunities for customer base growth and develop strategies to attract new clients.
• Conduct quality assurance surveys to assess customer satisfaction and utilize findings to address complaints and improve service.
• Collaborate closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure all staff are preserving and enhancing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a customer relationship manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service principles.

Work Environment & Culture

• This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
