AI Analysis and Fairness Commitment

Our AI is designed as an advisory tool to help employers screen candidates more efficiently—not to make final hiring decisions.

Data Retention

  • Candidate Data: Video recordings and application data are retained as long as the associated job posting is active, plus 90 days for employers to review. After that, data is automatically deleted unless legally required to retain.
  • Employer Data: Account information is retained as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for tax and legal purposes.
  • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely to improve our AI models and service.

  • Secure cloud storage with access controls
